Intro

The gear box of SJQ series extruder is a kind of gear transmission device with hard tooth surface, which is designed for parallel twin screw extruder with the same direction. This series of products are novel and beautiful in appearance, compact and reasonable in structure, low in noise index, strong in bearing capacity and high in movement efficiency, which can meet the long-term trouble-free operation, the oil leakage rate is less than one thousandth, and the service life of main parts and components is more than 50,000 hours. Case: The box structure is designed to take into account the function of absorbing noise. The material is made of high quality cast iron, and the aging treatment is fully carried out. Gear: High quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo and 20CrNi2MoA are selected for gear and shaft materials. After carburizing and quenching, tooth surface hardness reaches hrc58-62. After precision grinding, tooth grinding precision can reach above level 5 (GB/ t10095-2001). Bearing: Bearings are generally selected from well-known Asian brands, such as IKO, ZWZ, LYC, etc. Seal: Oil seals and other seals are usually imported brands, such as German SIMRIT and Taiwan SOG.
