Intro

Case: The box structure is designed with the function of absorbing noise, the material is made of high quality cast iron, and the aging treatment is fully carried out, and the advanced processing technology is applied, so as to ensure the high precision and accuracy of the box. Gear: The gear is designed by multi-objective optimization with geometric parameters, and the weight, meshing quality and life of the gear are considered comprehensively, which makes the gear design more reasonable. The maximum gear width-diameter ratio is more than 1.5, supplemented by precise topological micro-shaping technology, to reach full tooth width contact when full load, improve the material utilization rate, so that the gear can transmit greater torque in a narrow radial space; The material USES the high quality low carbon alloy steel, the carburizing quenching process, makes the gear service life up to more than 80,000 hours. Bearing: Through the arrangement of the transmission chain, the axial thrust can be reasonably distributed to improve the service life and reliability of thrust bearing. B shaft, the weakest shaft, adopts the imported famous brand full roller bearing to replace the traditional needle roller bearing, and its service life is increased to 50,000 hours. Other bearings choose the domestic "havalo" brand bearings and emphasize the stability of the supplier, bearing life is more than 100,000 hours. Lubrication: The gear box is lubricated by wetting, so that the gear and bearing can be lubricated adequately even in the special working conditions such as cold start and low speed no-load. With built-in cooler, the cooling efficiency is higher and the cooling system is more reliable.
